Got a new hvac unit installed, furnace and air-conditioning. I can feel a lot of cold air leaking from the slot next to the pipe. you can even see condensation. is that suppose to happen or should i seal it up. ( this is the unit Lennox Elite C35, C35-48C-2F, 3.5 to 4 Ton)
