Baby Mariah Leigh Mozingo was abducted from Her Mom's car on September 3 1993 at the Erdman Shopping Center parking lot in the 3900 block of Erdman Avenue in baltimore, Maryland near their home. They never found Mariahs abductor and she has never been seen again.
