Can someone help me find the artist for this? I tried reverse Image searching, and all that came up was pintest and a deleted twitter post, or maybe the profile its self was deleted.

Classic Toy Co. Value Standing dog, 16.5” in purple I do not know what year this is from but have not been able to find any like this one for sale… yet. Obviously would not be able to find at any carnivals anymore because it is discontinued. Have only searched for about a month but no luck at all.
