Can anyone help me regarding what to fill in line 10 here? This is a form W-8BEN and I'm filling it to receive royalty payments from publication based in USA. If someone can suggest CAs around Delhi NCR who can help me with the same and related taxation, that would be great too!

Has any one failed to file ITR due to site glitches ? I feel robbed ,let go of those Exemptions and Interest on housing loan while default being only now regime . Is there any way to lessen the burden 😤
