I made this basic floor plan of my takeaway cafe in Georgia, Tbilisi. I don’t know if it is a right please to post so any suggestion will be appreciated. I want to fit into this space juice bar, coffee and grilled cheese. First thing I need to know is whether it is possible at all?

I’m worried about the fabric we just picked. Will I regret a herringbone pattern? I love the color and feel. I quite like herringbone as a pattern too but worry about limiting my design options for the room. Thoughts? What style would you consider it? Fabric: polyester, 63k double rubs.
