So I bought these arceus tins from Target and these knockout Pokémon boxes which have evolving skies packs in them. I ended up getting 9 packs total and opened 2 of them. I noticed one of them has a line going through the top of it for some reason?? Right above the “pokemon” header. Is this normal?
