Kefir grains are growing by mass like crazy idk what to do with the excess grains in the future.. Plus will it grow like the size of cauliflowers eventually? I'm little anxious they won't grow to bigger size or at least resemble cauliflowers.

So it's coming up on 24 hours and I'm not ready to drink it yet, can I put the still fermenting milk kefir in the fridge to slow it down? I've heard some of you say you put your kefir in the fridge all the time is that right?
