Hi, I need some help please, I am 39, 165 cms 48.5 kilosI started increased my calories in January I was eating 2075, with 48.6 kilos, then I tried intuitive eating , I didn’t track, I had alcohol on weekends and now I am at 1600 with the same weigh. What should I do. Thanks (I lift properly)
