My(41M) wife(47F) is in menopause (not peri) and I've finally been able to open up the discussion on HRT to help her with her symptoms. She hasn't visited the OB/GYN yet and we don't know how this process works. Any advice on discussions between wife and I b4 I shove foot in mouth?
