Looking for Zeiss pro to do onsite in North Texas. OEM does not service Eclipse circa97 was working but RDSCAA bugged out doesn't read sensors . it rotates but no signal. Zeiss wontSend a service tech. I replaced XXT adaptersensor but before i just buy rds i would like a skilled person

(Re-posted from r/Arduino) Is using a rod of known length (5cm) to press on a scale a good way to measure torque? When I tested it, the scale said 7.5 kg for 5cm, but the mg996r should be 10kg/cm. How do I measure torque reliably?
