So some of you guys said it was impossible to see difference because of the beard. Yes I was depressed as you can see in the picture. I thank god that I found out about mewing because my face was really lost.

Recessed chin due to mouthbreathing. Only now learned about mewing at 31... Also forward head posture And a really bad jawline. Really depressed that I didn't learn about this sooner... Is there any change of mewing still working at this age?
