Reckless drivers on Livingston Ave/S. Roosevelt (Berwick/Bexley) Not one, not two, but THREE cars blast through the red. Had I been a second quicker id have been a goner. Last guy had the red a full 8 seconds and still ran it. Its brazen at this point. Changes need to be made
