Can anyone tell me whose signatures these might be? They were on a WW2 document drafting my great grand-uncle as a warrant officer issued by the war office in the U.K.

The Battle of Nile(Aboukir Bay) begins in 1798 during Napoleon's Egyptian campaign, with the British led by Horatio Nelson, routing the French fleet, which lost 9 ships, and around 5000 killed. And it made the British dominant in the Mediterranean, ending a 3 month naval campaign.

Philip II of Macedonia along with his son Alexander, routs a coalition of Greek city states led by Athens and Thebes at the Battle of Chaeronea in 338 BC, making him the defacto leader of Greece. It was the culmination of a series of campaigns by Philip between 339-338 BC.
