Hey, I'm trying to build a town hall of some sort, but the more I keep looking at it, the worse it looks and I don' know what it is. Any ideas what should I change?

Wizard Tower I'm designing in creative so I can build it in survival. Unsure about the block choice for the roof and the design for the third floor and side towers, any advice or suggestions would be appreciated!
