Hamidreza Shirzadi, 22, has been sentenced to 1 year in prison by the Izeh Criminal Court in southwest Iran for “blasphemy” related to his Instagram posts. He was initially arrested in Dec. 2023, & previously detained during the “Woman, Life, Freedom” uprising in Sept. 2022.
