A witness who saw the stabbing of a Pakistani man near Southport, England explains that after the victim told 999 his name was Muhammed, the tone of the operator 'changed'. 10 minutes passed & no ambulances came. When the victim raised concerns, the operator said 'Don't take it out on me mate.'
