What I consider a slam dunk on multiple criteria (social, exploration) has now been rejected twice, despite being a permanent structure of clear significance to the community. Is appealing my best bet, or is my submission in some way flawed?

It’s not a farm and the little library is for everyone, should I appeal this or is there something I can do to get it accepted? Its on a backroad that has a cemetery too that’s in a neighborhood but it’s not private or anything.

Why is it whenever I try to edit a poi location it gravitates back to the original location?
