Shanks being yonko doesn't mean he's in the same level as other yonko. His feats don't belong to them. Shanks can 1 shot all 5 rookies in Wano, meanwhile Meme and Kaido died to them. Shanks feats against GB doesn't mean Meme and Kaido can do that or even put up a fight against GB.
