A former Afghan Army General said that leaders who chant slogans of 'Loi Afghanistan' and 'Pakhtunistan' in Pakistan, when they came to Afghanistan, we used to give them money, and then they used chant slogans of 'Loi Afghanistan' and 'Pakhtunistan'.
