i have a playstation account that i have logged into a ps4 that i dont have anymore. that ps4 is set as a primary console, ow do i change that without having the ps4?

ok so theres this ps4 that i have my playstation account logged in. now the ps4 is set as primary console, which i need to change. now the problem is, i dont have that ps4, like i dont remember logging into any ps4s but anyway i tried signout all devices but my acc still logged in that ps4-
