What "anatomical conditions" kept dinosaurs from becoming fully aquatic like mosasaurs or ichthyosaurs and evolving live birth. Even other Archosauromorphs were able to become fully aquatic (including pseudosuchians with Metriorhynchids) and also evolved live birth, so why couldn't dinosaurs
