Is this ok? I have roughly 3 dozen chrome tabs open and am on halo MCC menu. I have stuttering in halo and am wondering if this overlay looks normal to someone with more knowledge on the matter. Maybe I'm underutilizing my hardware? I have 32gb ddr4 3600MT/s ram and an i5-12600k along with my 3070.
