my mobo turns on but my power buttons don't work everything is plugged in and no display. any solutions?

Hey, I just finished building my new PC and for some reason the RGB doesn’t work on the fans. I have the hub plugged in to a suitable 5V connector, however I do now have the led+ and - plugged in where the reset switch goes. Any help?
