I'm planning to revive a Z77 platform that I have, does the bios support SATA SSD for booting?

Rtx 4060 ti/ryzen 9 5000x 750w psu. On my motherboard, it looks like my RAM has one side not connected. I try to push the end down but the other end goes up. Also the pc won't show a image so I'm 99%sure my RAM is doing it.

What is this flickering line from on the top quarter of my screen? It’s only noticeable on moving images. Maybe hard to see on video but if you look hard enough you will see it
