I am about to buy a Portal for the first time, very excited. Is there still an issue with signing into hotel WiFi’s or WiFi’s that have a login page?

So I know you can’t play any of the games you can cloud stream with PS Plus but I thought that you didn’t have to download any of the games that are in any of the catalogues. If this is true (although I may be an idiot!) can you still play those games on the portal or is it only the monthly games?
