My garden faucet was leaking and I needed to swap it out. I realized if I remove the plastic sleeve the hose would be too short for me to attach a new sleeve. I cut of the old faucet and decided to attach a new faucet and seal it with the sleeve. But it was still leaking. Anyone have any tips
