Landscaping truck drove over my external plumbing cover and sunk it into the ground a bit, there is now water leaking from the connection here. No idea what to do next.

Moved in a yr ago. Don’t plan on remodeling for awhile. Removed original “hardware.” I plan to install handheld shower with mount. Should I be concerned about the durability of that galvanized pipe when it comes to water? What would you do with this set up without removing the neck?

I assume this is a cleanout. Looks like someone tried to cut a notch in it to unscrew it, but it is not budging. Does the top screw off? Any ideas?
