Does anyone know if the state can take the money I sent to an inmate as restitution? I sent a friend $100 for commissary, clicked for ‘Offender’ instead of ‘offender restitution’ but he’s telling me it’s not on his books and that they took it for restitution. Need help first time sending money NSFW
