Why don't these dumb NPCs actually react to being shot? I wanted to shoot him so he stumbles and hopefully surrenders, but he literally doesn't react AT ALL to 7.62x39mm being launched into his chest, I had a similar experience with the P228 where I magdumped and there was no flinching until death.
