Arnhem: Frankie's up to no good again - asking 1026/mnd excl for no EL, diabolical kitchen and only a 15% Gemeentijk monument bonus to save him. Will pay someone to take this apartment and bust it (est. 632 euro max rent price). Owner will likely get a label though.

Utrecht: NS-Real Estate, alongside their one month illegal commission, they are offering this 29sqm no EL, rock bottom WOZ and non-existent kitchen for 1095 euro incl. Bust to 316 excl. Any who wants a homework assignment can call them and ask them about agency fees

Amsterdam: Does the apartment submerge at night ? 71sqm C label and an asking rent of 2300 excl. Grandslam bust to 1077/mnd (174pt) , also the WOZ points could be potentially get capped if I am lowballing it. Potentially a quality bust here.
