Help! 2nd batch of yogurt was an epic fail! My first batch from the tablets turned out great. One of my jars had separation so I used the whey as the starter for my second batch. I heated it at 100 degrees for 8 hrs and just went to get it out of the machine and it’s still liquid..never thickened 😩
