Just picked this 1920 Model 12 up yesterday at the local gunshow. It was cut down at somw point to 18.25", but it looks great to me

Bought a rusty 1975 Marlin Model 120 beater - Removed the vent rib, shortened the barrel to 18.5", polished the steel, engraved the lumber, made a bloodwood butt plate, replaced a broken extractor. Shoots great, looks weird — Roast away, my friends.
