What type of blemishes are these different spots and how can I treat them!

Help, I have redness in the crevice of my nose, and chin area. I have tried plenty of products that have caused more redness, or no result. My Doctor recommended Hydrocortisone and it also caused irritation. Anything heps so thank you all in advance.
