Boeing Crew Flight Test Problems Becoming Clearer: All 5 of the Failed RCS Thrusters were Aft-Facing. There are 2 per Doghouse, so 5 of 8 failed One was not restored, so now there are only 7. Placing them on top of the larger OMAC Thrusters is possibly a Critical Design Failure.
