48 hour long outage..... Not from any weather issue or anything either it's being labeled a "software" issue in their update emails I get every 3 hours lol.

Is there an NYC outage or something? For at least the last 4-5 days I've been losing internet sometimes for hours and hours. Currently without internet for about 4 hours now. Yesterday it was nearly the whole day. I'm in Long Island City, NYC.
