The tools I carry with me every day on shift as a utility worker. I like to carry things that I use often, and it also looks professional. Do you guys carry more tools or less?

Inherited what I'm guessing is a trade tool. Seems straightforward pliers/snips but there's no grooves on the pliers. Anyone know what these were for if not convenience?
