Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has commented on Russia’s participation in the 2nd Peace Summit to end Putin's war and achieve peace in Ukraine, and on territorial integrity of Ukraine. He also said that Ukraine "can return its territories through diplomatic means".
