I am trying to play an animation inside this widget when my character leaves the sphere collision. But the target pin will not let me reference it? What am I missing?

How to make this kind of Source physics in UE5? When I stand on the chair, and press W, it seems like the center of gravity changes and I can balance on the chair (like I would in real life with two legs).
