What medical specialty is best to give opinion on injuries aggravating/causing weight gain? My VA PCP will not give IMO. Community Care chiropractor IMO is not good enought I think.

MH C&P tomorrow. I requested records from my psych and they said the VA will submit an ROI for them and they can send them directly. Is there any way to give them the ability to upload them before my exam?
