Trying to download Taiko game to NAND but every time on NUSspli and WUP installer GX2 it comes up with an error like this. Yes it is a Japanese game and my Wii U is set to US (I believe). If this is the issue how do I make this game work for my console?

How do I download Wii U games onto my NAND? the catch is the game I wanna download is Japanese so the regular way through WUP installer GX2 etc doesn’t work because my console is not Japanese. How do I do it? Thanks!
