PC stuck on login screen "pin no longer available..."

Hello, I have a problem with the audio player that I cannot solve. I tried most of the solutions available on YouTube, but it does not work. Note that the version of Windows 10 is that I have a lighter called Tiny and I installed it on my laptop.
