14 year old Lydia Ann Perkins was last seen on October 26, 1997 in the Cardinal Valley neighborhood of Lexington, Kentucky at her family's home on Rugby Road, because she called her cousin from the house. She hasn't been seen again. Her brother and mom are longing for answers.
