{Question} New player trying to understand rumble/ranked... I started playing this season and I got up to Gold 2 but when I played ranked rumble it now says rookie? Does rank get reset?

When I get kill feed (if me being killed,) what exploit/mechanic am I witnessing when the enemy rapidly goes between ADS and Normal view when shooting me.... Is it stutter aim? Or a macro?
