How to deal with this until my Wisdom Tooth surgery

Please help. What the hell is this!? I thought it was a canker inside my cheek at first but it’s gotten so bad unlike previous times and I have this weird red dot on inside of the other cheek. Weird taste in my mouth for a few hours too

I was massively struggling to get a pic where you can actually see it but it feels like something’s stuck where I circled but I don’t think anything is there and the inside of my cheek is extremely painful from the thing (??)
