Can mRNA containing synthetic n1-methylpseudouridine nucleosides be reverse transcribed into DNA? If so, then will the n1-methylpseudouridine be able to pair up with DNA nucleotides other than Adenine, assuming that it can pair up with Adenine? And is there any potential for wobble base pairing?
