I’m not looking to flip my circadian rhythm: I like going to sleep in the early AMs. What I want to know is: Can I use light sufficiently imitate night and day cycles such that my body gets all the melatonin, cortisol, etc. it needs but on MY preferred sleep schedule, not the sun’s?
