When we inhale helium from balloons our voice becomes high pitched for a few seconds. My question is, if there were an excess amount of helium in our atmosphere, like oxygen and carbon dioxide, how would this affect the way our voice sounds, if at all? Does O2 and CO2 intake affect our voice range?
