Current atmospheric CO2 levels have just surpassed 410 ppm. The historical data for [CO2] comes from tapped air bubbles in ice cores. Is the current CO2 level measured at the same location the ice would be trapping bubbles today? How fast does the atmosphere equilibrate CO2?
