I’m experiencing all the symptoms of a fever, dizziness, headache, weakness, nausea, shivers, and an elevated heart rate. However, I am at a temperature of 96.8. It’s quite awful and I have passed out while getting up for a piss. I’m also drinking plenty of fluids. What is wrong with me?
