What time is it on Mars? Meaning, how will we divide the Martian day, so that it coordinates with Earth time, mainly for scientific coordination, and easy for people? 24 hours of 61 minutes with 13 minutes 22.663 seconds 'leap time' every midnight? Simply divide days on both into 100 segments?
